Apply for affiliate

Before you fill out the form, I have some expectations/requirements for you :P Don't worry, it's not much.

1. No adult sites but I don't mind profanity.
2. No folders, subdomains and domains only. The script won't work with your site
3. Link me BEFORE applying. If you link like a couple hours after applying, I might of already read the email and deleted.
4. CLICK THE LINK ONCE. You don't know how annoying it is to go into the script and search through like 30 links and not find it.
5. If you don't follow these rules, I won't even bother replying but you can submit again.
